Warm late summer salad
- salad greens
- cubed cucumbers
- sliced heirloom tomatoes
- freshly cooked corn, cut off the cob
- one green onion, chopped up
- 1/4 of an avocado, sliced
- a bit of aged cheddar, crumbled
- olive oil and balsamic vinegar dressing, drizzled
- two poached eggs, just a bit of runny yolk in the middle
- salt and pepper to taste
